Born in Seoul, South Korea and raised with the southern values of her Mississippi-born father, Chef Jiwoo Lewis founded Seoul Train in 2008 to show the world that combining flavors from opposite ends of the globe can reveal new avenues of flavor. Two years prior Chef Lewis co-founded Miss Sippy Brews and BBQ with world-renowned restaurateur Gaultier Barros.
